We practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that we look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health.
We won’t dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins nor create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, we work with our clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, realistic and rewarding.
No one diet works for everyone. We will work together to reach your health goal – achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. You’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.
Health Coaches are trained advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As your Health Coach, we will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.
During our training, we studied dietary theories and practical lifestyle management techniques with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. They included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.
Our education has equipped us with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and our knowledge of different dietary theories, we work with clients to make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results at a pace that’s right for them.

A whole foods, clean eating detox program. This program can be done individually or as a group. It is designed to help reset your body, eliminate toxin build-up, and uncover any food intolerances. The Detox is an 11-day program that will improve your sleep, increase your energy, improve your overall health, and begin to resolve any skin or digestive issues – and much more. You will be given an instruction manual, recipes for the 11 days, grocery list, and success kit. We will also provide consistent email and phone correspondence throughout.
For additional charges, you may also come into HHW where we can provide you with all of the ingredients and cook the detox recipes together. You will benefit further by having the meals already prepared for the 11 days, and learn how to cook healthy with new ingredients!
